2020 Sponsorship Terms and Conditions<\/h4>\n

The LGBT Bar Foundation will receive a donation from the sponsor in the amount indicated on the sponsorship invoice. This contract for this donation is binding. The LGBT Bar Foundation professionally promotes the conference and reserves the right to change the dates and location of the conference. In the event of a date or location change, The LGBT Bar Foundation will notify the sponsor.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

All payment must be received within 20 days of the invoice. In the event that payment is not received by a week out prior to the first day of the conference, a credit card hold is required. If the sponsor is unable to make payment or to provide a credit card for holding, the LGBT Bar has to implement one or more of the following actions:<\/p>\n

-Removing the sponsor’s speakers from the program.
\n-Rescinding registration(s) by sponsor’s employees and\/or guests.
\n-Removing sponsor’s logo(s) from all on-site signage.
\n-Rescinding any exhibition privileges.
\n-Any other action deemed necessary and appropriate by The LGBT Bar Foundation.<\/p>\n

The carrying-out of this agreement is subject to any circumstances making it illegal or impossible for either the LGBT Bar to provide the conference, or for the sponsor to attend the conference. These circumstances include but are not limited to: Acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities. This agreement may be terminated by either the LGBT Bar Foundation, or the sponsor, for any one of the aforementioned reasons.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
