Norma Barnes-Euresti is Vice-President, Chief Counsel, Labor-Employment and Ethics, at Kellogg Company. She formerly served as an administrative law judge for the Illinois Human Rights Commission. She also served as an attorney for the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago.

She is a Fellow of the American Bar Association, and is the executive sponsor for KPride & Allies.

Ms. Barnes-Euresti received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina and a juris doctor degree, cum laude from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina.
