The National LGBT Bar Association's federal work continues to move! 

A fair and impartial jury of one's peers is the bedrock of a just legal system. That's why last month's reintroduction of the Jury ACCESS (S. 635) and Juror Non-Discrimination (H.R. 1515) Acts in the Senate and House of Representatives was met with bipartisan support. The companion bills disallow the striking of a potential juror on the basis of their real or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity/expression. As the list of cosponsors grows, we are more focused than ever on moving this legislation forward.
