Captain (CPT) Shane Bagwell is currently a Trial Defense Counsel for the U.S. Army Trial Defense Service – Pacific Region at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Among numerous other duties, CPT Bagwell is tasked with representing Soldiers facing administrative separation from the U.S. Army. Prior to transferring to Hawaii, CPT Bagwell served as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate, focusing on administrative and ethics law, served on the Baltimore Police Commissioner’s LGBT Advisory Council, and served as the National Capital Region Leader for OutServe-SLDN.
