Esosa Osa serves as the Research and Policy Director for Fair Fight Action, a voting rights organization founded by Stacey Abrams, where she leads the organization’s national and Georgia-based policy portfolio with a focus on pro-democracy reform. She also leads Fair Fight Action’s disinformation research, polling, messaging and rapid response efforts. In that capacity, Esosa and her team track legislative developments and provide activists with real-time information in support of their efforts to protect the franchise. Esosa also has a keen understanding of the strategies right-leaning organizations use to restrict access to the ballot. Before joining Fair Fight Action, Esosa held various positions on Democratic campaigns. She holds and BA in public policy from Duke University.
