The Conference will take place in Philadelphia from Monday, July 19 through Wednesday, July 21, 2027.
- On-site registration opens on Sunday, July 18. There is also a student/recruiter reception on 7/18.

The Career Fair will be held on Monday, July 19, the first day of the Conference.

There is no “single-day” registration. Similarly, there is no “Career Fair-only” registration except for law students.
- If you work for a sponsoring organization, and plan to attend the conference solely to conduct interviews at the career fair, please reach out to Logan Graves at logan@lgbtqbar.org for recruiter registration information.

All registration sales are final and non-refundable.

Prices increase on April 1 and will increase again on June 1. The last day for early bird pricing is March 31.

Guest registrations grant limited access to the conference. These registrations are for individuals seeking to attend for a specific (and brief) reason:

Accompanying an individual, who has a standard type of registration, for a specific event (For example: the spouse of a 40 under 40 recipient would register as a Guest if they are attending only to see the award ceremony)

Prices listed for sponsoring organizations are not available on the public registration form. This rate is purchased through the Sponsor Service Center of the sponsoring organization. Please reach out to logan@lgbtqbar.org if you believe you are eligible for this pricing. If you are, you will be invoiced through your organization.

Law Student Registration
Lavender Law® registration is free for law student members of the LGBTQ+ Bar. Please note that if you register for Lavender Law® as a law student, you are expected to attend. In order to receive this discount, you must first become a member of the LGBTQ+ Bar. The standard price for law student membership is $40 annually, though law students who are members of one of our affiliate law school groups or affiliate bar organizations receive a 50% discount for a total of $20 annually. LGBT Family Law Institute® Member Registration
The LGBT Family Law Institute® rate is only for current members of the LGBT Family Law Institute® who plan to attend the Annual FLI Meeting at Lavender Law®. Current members may simply register at the $400 rate. The price includes general conference admission and FLI meeting admission. If you are not a member of the LGBT Family Law Institute® but are interested in joining or attending the Annual Meeting, please email Judi O’Kelley at judi@lgbtqbar.org. We will reach out to you with more information on the extra steps needed for your approval.
