Anjelica Hendricks (she/her) is a Quattrone Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Anjelica uses her previous experiences as a Senior Policy Analyst for Philadelphia’s Police Advisory Commission (PAC) and a Philadelphia Public Defender to enhance police accountability and advocate for antiracist policies within policing. Anjelica’s current research focuses on policing surveillance technologies, police use of force, and police discipline. Anjelica also serves on the Board of the Directors for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Greater Philadelphia region.
