Brogiin Keeton is a managing director and the head of investigation, litigation and employment law on the Legal and Compliance team. Ms. Keeton oversees the firm’s global docket of disputes, including litigation, administrative charges, arbitrations, mediations and related negotiations. She also leads workplace investigations related to regulatory, compliance and employment matters. She provides practical and strategic legal advice and counsel to firm leadership across Evercore’s global offices, and collaborates with the firm’s Human Capital Group on the development and implementation of workplace policies, practices and procedures. In addition, Ms. Keeton is a leader in Evercore’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, including serving as a co-head of the Traditionally Underrepresented Minority Network.
Prior to joining Evercore in 2015, Ms. Keeton practiced law with Sidley Austin in New York, focusing primarily on corporate litigation and international arbitration as well as cross-border disputes and investigations.
In 2019, The M&A Advisor selected her as an “Emerging Leader.” She serves on the alumni board of the Santa Catalina School in Monterey, California. Ms. Keeton is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned her law degree from Stanford University, where she received the Gunther Prize. She also holds an M.S. in Gender, Globalization and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
