Jen Barrows is Corporate Counsel at Coinbase and based in Los Angeles. In this role, Jen provides strategic legal advice on M&A, venture capital investments and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Coinbase, Jen was a corporate associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, practicing in the M&A and financial regulatory groups, and at Cooley LLP in Santa Monica, focusing on M&A and general corporate matters. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. in history from Yale University.
