We have received information that several travel housing companies are claiming to have a relationship with the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association and Foundation, its event, and/or the Marriott Marquis Chicago Hotel. These companies and others like it are NOT in any way affiliated with us. There is only one official, exclusive housing block for this event that can be accessed directly from this webpage. Any other channels of booking reservations are not authorized.

ADA Accessible Rooms

If you would like a room that is ADA accessible, please go ahead and book through the room block and contact us at conference@lgbtqbar.org immediately after. We are sending requests for accessible rooms to the hotel as they come to us. Thank you for your patience!

Note: Our host hotel is sold out on Saturday, July 11th. The 2026 conference will open with our Student & Recruiter Reception on Sunday, July 12th at 5:30 PM Central. We encourage arrival on Sunday and with a stay at the Marriott Marquis to help with the LGBTQ+ Bar’s exposure and to support our event.

When booking our exclusive hotel room block, your booking information including personally identifiable information might be shared with the planning team to ensure logistics are executed properly for all of our attendees and stakeholders. At no time will the National LGBTQ+ Bar share data with marketing firms.
