Alfred Fraijo, Jr. is a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP in the Real Estate, Land Use & Natural Resources Department. He is a member of several organizations within the firm including the Executive Committee. Alfred is a Board Member of the UCLA Latino Policy and Politics Initiative, the Los Angeles LGBT Center and the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate. Alfred has significant experience in obtaining and negotiating land use entitlements for complex housing and mixed-use development projects throughout California. His experience includes but it is not limited to advising clients with innovative and urban renewal projects in the inner-city and other sectors with emerging markets. He founded Toledo Capital and City Labs Boyle Heights to develop new projects including housing and businesses around his community of Boyle Heights. He holds degrees from Harvard University and Loyola Law School.
