Brian J. McGinnis is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Fox Rothschild LLP. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Rutgers University School of Law and a former Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. A founding member of Fox Rothschild’s LGBTQ & Allies Initiative, Brian also serves on the Executive Committee of the Independence Business Alliance, the LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce for the greater Philadelphia region.
