Doug Dreier is a litigator who represents and advises a range of corporate clients on both sides of the “v.” Doug helps companies navigate commercial litigation, arbitration, and federal and state regulatory proceedings. Through his pro bono work, he has been involved in a range of legal matters relating to LGBTQ rights, including filing amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeal, and U.S. District Courts and preparing comments to oppose the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ proposed rule that would allow discrimination against LGBTQ prospective parents.
