Ilona Turner is a mediator and arbitrator and conducts workplace investigations and trainings with the Law Offices of Amy Oppenheimer. Ilona has extensive experience with employment law, having spent 12 years litigating civil rights cases before becoming a full-time neutral in 2018. She was the legal director of the Transgender Law Center from 2012 to 2017. Ilona has authored numerous articles and book chapters on LGBT legal issues and teaches a class on Law and Sexuality at the University of California, Berkeley.
