Jason Wu is a staff attorney at The Legal Aid Society (NYC), where he represents low income communities of color to preserve and expand affordable housing. He is currently a Trustee, and was previously the LGBTQ Caucus Representative (2013-2017), of the Association of Legal Aid Attorneys – UAW 2325. He is a graduate from UCLA School of Law, with a specialization in Critical Race Studies. In his spare time, he serves on the Steering Committee for GAPIMNY, an all-volunteer, membership-based Queer & Trans API community-based organization in NYC that promotes movement building through an intersectional lens. In 2018, he was recognized by The National LGBT Bar Association as one of the “Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40.”
