Najwa is based in the firm’s San Francisco office, where she is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Najwa’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, government investigations, securities enforcement, and antitrust matters. Najwa received her AA degree from Seattle Central Community College and her BA from Smith College; she received her JD from Berkeley Law. Najwa is active in the firm’s LGBTQ Group and spends a considerable amount of time assisting with pro-bono criminal defense. Prior to joining Foley, Najwa was a legal clerk for the National Center for Lesbian Rights, where she assisted with a legal help hotline and national high-impact litigation and policy projects.
