Rebekah Scherr is an associate in Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP’s Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Rebekah’s practice is focused on advising U.S. and multinational clients on a range of antitrust and competition issues, with an emphasis on merger notification compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and globally. Rebekah also counsels clients in various industries with respect to general compliance with antitrust laws. Rebekah serves on Paul, Weiss’s Associate Committee, Inclusion Task Force, and as a Leader of the Pride@Work Network. Rebekah also serves on the Membership and Diversity Committee of the National LGBT Bar Association and on the Leadership Committee of OutNext Leadership.
