Rebekah Scherr is an associate in Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP’s Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Rebekah’s practice is focused on advising U.S. and multinational clients on a range of antitrust and competition issues, with an emphasis on merger notification compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and globally. Rebekah also counsels clients in various industries with respect to general compliance with antitrust laws.
