TBP enables its clients to return home to their families and communities while awaiting their court dates. TBP is on year 2 of a five-year plan to scale The Bail Project’s Community Release with Support model across America and turn the tide on mass incarceration. It is our mission to restore the presumption of innocence in America and ensure that freedom truly is free again.
