Nicholas “Guilly” Guillory (he/him) is the current Tyron Garner Memorial Law Fellow at Lambda Legal. As the Tyron Garner Memorial Law Fellow, he centers his work on LGBTQ BIPOC (Black/Indigenous/People of Color) and BIPOC living with HIV. Prior to joining Lambda Legal as a Fellow, Nicholas was a 2019 Andrew Cray Law Fellow at the National Center for Transgender Equality and was an Irene Rosenberg Fellow at the Center for Children, Law and Policy at the University of Houston Law Center. Nicholas also served as a legal intern with the Maryland Office of Public Defenders – Juvenile Division and Travis County Juvenile Public Defenders Office. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Trans Legal Aid Clinic Houston. Nicholas received his B.A. from St. Edwards University and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
