The decision by the U.S. Supreme Court in Bostock v. Clayton County clarified that Title VII offers protections against discrimination and harassment for LGBTQ+ individuals in the workplace. But, did Bostock really improve the workplace experience for all LGBTQ+ individuals? In this session, the presenters will discuss a state of the law as well as practical guidance for employment lawyers on LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace, including a discussion on how employers can make their workplaces more open and inclusive for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
