In addition to the Title VII cases, the Supreme Court heard an unusually large number of high-profile cases this past term, addressing issues ranging from DACA and other immigration issues, gun control, the insanity defense, presidential privilege, race and age discrimination, religious freedom, reproductive freedom, unanimous juries, unfaithful electors, and more. This panel will review the decisions issued during the 2019-2020 term, examine what those rulings reveal about the impact of having a majority conservative justices on the Court, and preview the cases teed up for decision next term.
