Panelists will present an analysis of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decisions from its 2021-22 term that are of most interest to Lavender Law attendees and will preview the cases in which review has been granted for the 2022-23 term that are of most interest to attendees. Panelists will engage in interactive discussion about what the Court’s term reveals about the Court as the conservative majority has taken full hold of the Court and as a new justice joins the Court, with a particular emphasis on how rulings from this term may affect future decisions impacting the rights of LGBTQ people.
