Thank you for taking the time to be part of our 2024 Annual Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair! We are looking forward to seeing you in Washington, D.C. from August 7-9, 2024. Our conference is known for its stellar programming, and we depend on you to help make that happen. This is your opportunity to share your expertise with leading legal professionals by developing a 75-minute program (a change from prior years) for presentation at the annual conference. Be sure to carefully review our 2024 Workshop Proposal Guidelines prior to submitting a proposal.
Proposals must present a diverse group of speakers in order to be considered. Programs which offer innovative teaching techniques and cutting-edge LGBTQ+ related content are strongly preferred. As a friendly reminder, all accepted workshops MUST include speaker-provided CLE materials by May 1, 2024 unless you receive specific approval to submit a proposal that will not be offered for CLE credit (write to Judi O’Kelley, Chief Program & Policy Officer, at judi@lgbtqbar.org, BEFORE the workshop submission deadline of February 29, 2024 for such approval.)
You may use the worksheet below to draft and edit your Workshop Proposal in order to easily copy and paste it into our form. Please note: Workshop Proposals will only be accepted through our form online. This document is merely for your convenience as you navigate the online submission form. If you have any questions or issues accessing or submitting a proposal through our form online, please contact Patrick O’Brien, Programs Manager, at patrick@lgbtqbar.org. We look forward to seeing you in Washington, D.C.!
Workshop submissions are now CLOSED. Please contact Judi O’Kelley at judi@lgbtqbar.org if you have questions about an existing proposal.
