Recognizing the evolving needs of all types of workplaces and the diverse experiences of those within them, the Bar has developed a range of workplace inclusion offerings designed to strengthen belonging, promote equity, and build more resilient organizations.
In response to requests from legal professional parents and other caretakers of trans kids who are seeking community, resources, and information about how to best support their children, the Bar created the Caretakers of Trans Kids group in fall of 2025. CTK members join a group listserv, and are invited to monthly meetings facilitated by an experienced moderator.
Are you a transgender or nonbinary lawyer in active practice, working for a firm of 100 or more attorneys? Are you a trans or nonbinary second semester 3L law student who has been hired by such a Big(ger) law firm? Are you an attorney who is a DEI professional in Big(ger) law?
