As a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Jeff Brockmann manages all of U.S. Bank’s nation-wide employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions. For the past three years, Jeff has been named a Top Assistant General Counsel by the First Chair organization. Jeff is a frequent speaker on both employment law and diversity and inclusion topics. He is a member of the National LGBT Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, Minnesota Lavender Bar Association, Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association and is the diversity and inclusion champion for the U.S. Bank Law Division. Jeff was an LCLD Fellow and is a co-chair of the Twin Cities LCLD Alumni network. He is also involved with the National Association of Women and Minority Law Firms (NAMWOLF), where he is on the in-house advisory council, events committee, and is the in-house liaison to the trial practice committee. Jeff also provides pro bono legal services through the Volunteer Lawyers Network and sits as a member of the Fourth Judicial District Ethics Committee, where he investigates ethics complaints filed with the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board. He is the prior co-chair of the Planned Parenthood Ready or Hot fashion show, is a room parent for his daughter’s second-grade class, and managed her hockey team. He is a proud lawyer, husband, and father.
