A founding partner of the Dallas office of an AmLaw 200 firm and in private practice for 20+ years, Jenny built a complex litigation practice spanning healthcare law, civil rights, white collar fraud, and commercial disputes.. She currently leads nationwide litigation strategy in-house at HaloMD, where her work focuses on payer conduct in the context of the No Surprises Act and state balance billing laws.
Beyond healthcare, Jenny has led significant public interest litigation in Texas. She litigated more than 25 constitutional cases for reproductive justice organizations, including a successful state court challenge to SB8 and a federal challenge to Texas’s abortion bans. She also represented female sexual assault survivors in a landmark three-year civil rights lawsuit against the City of Austin — securing significant damages and sweeping policy reforms. That case became the subject of An Army of Women, which premiered at SXSW in 2024.
