Andrew Price (he/him) is a seasoned legal leader and compliance strategist with over twenty years of experience navigating complex regulatory environments and high-stakes litigation. He currently serves as a Director in Google’s Risk, Compliance & Integrity organization in San Francisco, where he leads the strategic direction for multiple compliance and risk programs. Since joining Google in 2011, Andrew has been instrumental in building and scaling global integrity initiatives, including managing internal investigations and overseeing high-risk misconduct inquiries.
Andrew began his career in public service as an Assistant United States Attorney with the Department of Justice in the Eastern District of Virginia, where he represented the United States in federal criminal prosecutions and complex civil litigation. He subsequently transitioned to private practice as a White Collar defense attorney at the international law firm Arnold & Porter, focusing on sensitive internal investigations and counseling clients on Department of Justice and congressional-led inquiries.
Having conducted both affirmative and defensive litigation across the public and private sectors, Andrew brings a broader perspective to his work. He specializes in providing business leaders with a rigorous, evidence-based approach to corporate governance and translating intricate legal frameworks into actionable guidance that builds long-term trust with stakeholders.
An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (Class of 2003) and Duke University, Andrew is a member of the California and District of Columbia Bars. Outside of his professional practice, he is a dedicated member of the San Francisco legal community and an avid endurance athlete.
