David R. Boyles (he/him) is Senior Counsel at GE Aerospace, where he is the lead attorney supporting multiple engine product lines. He is a longtime advocate for the LGBTQ+ community in Cincinnati, serving as chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s LGBTQ+ Law Section and as a board member of Equitas Health, a leading LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS healthcare nonprofit.

Prior to joining GE Aerospace, David practiced False Claims Act investigations, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. He received his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

In addition to his legal career, David serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a civil affairs officer and supports the arts as a board member of the Cincinnati May Festival. He lives in Cincinnati with his husband, David Castillo, and their daughter, Sophia.
