Jay Larry (he/him) is a governance and corporate strategy specialist who advises public controlled companies and single family offices. He has worked as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary at a media and entertainment company, providing legal support to the company’s board of directors and upper management, and as corporate counsel at a growth-stage tech company.

Jay began his career as a Corporate & Securities Associate in Bracewell LLP’s Houston office, where his practice included corporate governance, Exchange Act filings, capital markets transactions, and marquee M&A transactions. He earned his J.D. with a Certificate in Law and Business from Vanderbilt Law School and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
