Lilah Wylde (she/her) is an associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Lilah has been an engaged and enthusiastic member of the LGBTQ+ Bar for over 15 years, attending Lavender Law since her law school days and now proudly serving as a board member. Her long-standing involvement reflects a deep commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion, equity, and advocacy within the legal profession. Lilah is a management-side employment attorney whose practice focuses on employment litigation, class and collective actions, and workplace counseling on wage and hour, discrimination, and compliance matters — with particular expertise in the emerging and high-profile area of student-athlete classification and compensation. She represents employers before state, federal, and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies and in alternative dispute resolution settings. In addition to her board service with the LGBTQ+ Bar, Lilah serves on the board of the AIDS Legal Referral Panel (ALRP) and is a past board member of the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF). She is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
