Melissa A. Meister has over 20 years of trial experience as both a civil and criminal litigator, including as an Assistant United States Attorney and Trial Attorney for the Department of Justice. Melissa was a clerk on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and an adjunct legal writing professor at the University of Arizona College of Law. She currently works for the labor and employment group at Gordon Rees Scully and Mansukhani and does employer-side counseling, investigation, and litigation work.

Melissa started playing sports when she was five years old and gives back to the community through sports, including coaching AYSO and Little League and serving on the AYSO Legal Advisory Board.
