Samuel Light is a litigation associate in the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. He represents clients in connection with white collar criminal and regulatory matters, corporate investigations, and complex commercial litigations. Samuel regularly defends clients in connection with securities litigations and government investigations. Public companies, individuals, and investment banks seek Samuel’s representation in connection with criminal and regulatory investigations conducted by the US Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, the Federal Trade Commission, and the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Samuel also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented clients in immigration matters and federal habeas actions. Samuel is also a member of Fried Frank’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Council and Co-Chair of the firm’s Pride Alliance.
