We always send notices of opportunities to the our diversity distribution list and to the president of the Lambda Law Caucus (LGBTQ+ student group) to share with all members.
For faculty recruitment, we use the AALS recruitment process which asks candidates to self-identify. We also post all jobs via university portal, and advertise to our Law Alumni Council, our Alumni diversity Council, the LBA (Louisville Bar Association), and LGBTQLou.

We search the LSAC Candidate Referral Service for students who identify as LGBTQ+. We then send email campaigns to those students regarding LGBTQ+ services offered at the law school and campus at large. Additionally, we invite these students to attend our annual Diversity & Inclusion Day open house. This event is specifically geared towards students of color and LGBTQ+ students. We also advertise this event through campus organizations (including our nationally-recognized LGBT Center).
