No, but we permit a diversity addendum which usually results in students self identifying.
We will work with students who put different names on their application than may be legally identified at the time. We also added a question recently for applicants to self identify their pronouns.
All staff and faculty positions are posted nationwide in order to ensure we reach the widest potential applicant pool possible.
We converted 6 restrooms in our Moscow building to single occupancy, gender neutral restrooms. There are two on each floor. Our Boise building does not have a gender-neutral restroom in the building but being on the Capital Mall of Boise there are government buildings nearby with them. We have identified these restrooms for students on a map in Moscow and via email in Boise.

One would not think a law school with two locations in Idaho, one in rural Northern Idaho and one in Boise, would be as inclusive as we are. Our faculty and staff are extremely committed to creating an inclusive environment for students and go out of our way, sometimes at our own obnoxiousness and detriment, to address experiences shared that are contrary to our values.
Chair of Admissions Committee and Associate Dean over Admissions Office is gay, does personal outreach, and serves as a mentor to students individually as well as the active OUTLaw student organization. LGBTQIA students are hired as law school ambassadors. Self identified members of the community at the applicant stage receive tailored marketing communication. The College also works with the main University diversity and equity offices to ensure students feel comfortable approaching staff and faculty.
