The Out & Proud Corporate Counsel Award is given to legal professionals who promote LGBTQ+ equality through words and actions to create more secure and welcoming workplaces.
The National LGBTQ+ Bar holds Out & Proud Corporate Counsel Award Receptions throughout the United States and internationally that honor and celebrate LGBTQ+ in-house attorneys and who are proudly authentic in the workplace and who promote visibility and equity for LGBTQ+ legal professionals.

Corporate Counsel Institute at Lavender Law®
The Corporate Counsel Institute (CCI) at the National LGBTQ+ Bar’s annual Lavender Law® Conference and Career Fair brings together LGBTQ+ and ally in-house counsel from around the country (and sometimes internationally) for a day of robust programming and connection.
