The National LGBTQ+ Bar’s New Lawyers Division (NLD) brings together attorneys in the first ten years of their legal careers to strengthen their professional and personal foundations for success. The NLD empowers the next generation of LGBTQ+ legal leaders by providing professional development resources, fostering meaningful connections, and promoting wellness among new LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals.
