There are two single-stall restrooms available, one on the main floor and one on the lower level adjacent to the student lounge. Both are accessible for people with disabilities. Both are labeled with multi-gender signage and are identified on digital building maps.

In the last three years, members of the Nebraska Law students have received funding to attend the Lavender Law conference. They have also received funding for a table at the annual LGBTQ+ Awards Banquet. The student organization Nebraska OUTLaw receives funding to bring programming to the College each year focused on issues impacting LGBTQ+ community members as well.
