Texas Law has two gender neutral restrooms. Both restrooms have appropriate locks on door. There are signs that indicate the restrooms are gender neutral. They are identified appropriately on maps and online resources. One restroom is on the first floor of the law school and the other is on the second floor near the large lecture-style classrooms.

Funding is comprised of dues, donations and any student organization resources that might otherwise be allotted to official student organizations.

Voluntary faculty and staff trainings provided which include these topics; student orientation includes panel discussions on equity and inclusion and facilitated discussions; and speaker and lecture opportunities are available to students
Students may provided pronouns and honorifics and faculty may request such information from students.
Administrators maintain lines of communication with OUTLaw; the law school has worked with the Gender and Sexuality Center to train faculty, staff and students on allyship; various programmatic offerings include representational diversity.
