Diversity Counseling and Outreach Specialists include a specialist for LGBTQUIA+ students.

Texas Law has two gender neutral restrooms. Both restrooms have appropriate locks on door. There are signs that indicate the restrooms are gender neutral. They are identified appropriately on maps and online resources. One restroom is on the first floor of the law school and the other is on the second floor near the large lecture-style classrooms.

If your law school is maintaining gender-segregated (i.e., "Women's Restroom" and "Men's Restroom") restroom stalls, does it have a policy applicable to those facilities which ensures that transgender/nonbinary students/staff/administrators/faculty, as well as anyone who does not meet gender stereotypes, have access to facilities that match their gender identity?

Texas Law has two gender neutral restrooms. Both restrooms have appropriate locks on door. There are signs that indicate the restrooms are gender neutral. They are identified appropriately on maps and online resources. One restroom is on the first floor of the law school and the other is on the second floor near the large lecture-style classrooms. The law school has served as a co-sponsor on events, including Lavender Graduation or for participation in LGBTQIA+ focused learning.
